Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We review it first so we know what we're working with, and tell you about anything that needs fixing before we take it on.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once you've paid, the site, its content and the custom code we write for it are yours. Premium themes and plugins stay under their own licences, in your name.
Do you provide hosting?
We can recommend hosting that suits your site and set it up in your name, or work with the hosting you already have.
How do quotes and payment work?
You get a fixed quote with scope, price and timeline in writing. Payment terms are on the quote. Clients in India receive GST invoices; clients outside India are invoiced in their currency as an export of services.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. We build pages your team can edit in the WordPress editor and show you how before launch. On a care plan you can also send changes to us.
