This policy explains how Vitastaa ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through vitastaa.com and while working with you.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, work email, company, current website, what you need, your timeline and your message.
- Project material: the files, content, designs and access details you give us for your project.
- Billing details: your name, company, billing address, GSTIN where applicable, and payment confirmations. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
- Basic site data: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send a quote and deliver your project.
- To send a one-time confirmation that we received your enquiry.
- To invoice you and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
We never sell your information or add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting and form handling), Resend (sending our confirmation emails), our email provider, and our payment and banking providers. Some of these store data outside India, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and project and billing records for as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete information we don't need to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and other laws that apply to you, such as the GDPR or UK GDPR. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
