Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage Vitastaa ("we", "us") for website builds, redesigns, care plans, fixes or product work. Where a signed agreement or accepted quote says something different, that document applies.

1. Quotes

• Every project starts with a written quote setting out scope, price, timeline and payment terms.
• Timelines start once we have the agreed payment and the content, access and approvals listed in the quote.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

2. Payment and tax

• Payment terms, including any advance, are set out in your quote.
• Clients in India are charged GST as applicable. Services to clients outside India are invoiced as zero-rated exports under our Letter of Undertaking (LUT).
• Prices exclude third-party costs such as hosting, domains and premium theme or plugin licences, unless the quote says otherwise.

3. Care plans

Care plans run month to month and cover the work described in your plan. You can cancel before your next billing date and won't be charged again. Payments for a month that has started aren't refunded.

4. Your content and access

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the content, images, fonts and designs you give us. Please share passwords and access through a secure method, never through our website form.

5. Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the website, its content and the custom code we write for your project. Third-party themes, plugins and services remain under their own licences. We keep the right to reuse our general code, methods and know-how, but never your branding, content or designs.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and never mention you as a client, or show your work, without your written permission.

7. Liability

We take care to deliver work that functions as agreed. You're responsible for reviewing work before it goes live. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue. We aren't responsible for problems caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins or changes made by others.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that project.
